The GDQ certification training is designed to equip professionals with the skills necessary to conduct work team assessments and interventions. Specifically, the training is designed to provide participants with:

bullet Knowledge of the group theory and research that form the basis of the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ)

bullet Knowledge, skill, and practice in administering and scoring the GDQ

bullet Knowledge, skill and practice in interpreting the GDQ profiles of different groups

bullet Knowledge, skill and practice in facilitating an intervention process designed to increase group productivity
